Pendill, CPBD, specializes in the custom design of new homes in Southeastern North Carolina, as well as assisting in renovating or adding on to your current residence. Cima Design Inc. not only produces detailed construction documents and specifications as well as provides engineering review but also utilizes 3-D software to produce high quality 3-dimensional models for client presentation and visualization sessions.
Christopher L. Pendill, CPBD, President of Cima Design, Inc., holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Architectural Technology from Pitt Community College. He is a professional member of the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD). In addition, Chris Pendill is a Certified Professional Building Designer (CPBD), a designation earned by having passed the National Council of Building Designer Certification (NCBDC) examination.
